In this talk, I will guide you on how to setup automated functional tests for your project, either it's a greenfield or brownfield and how to improve your team's and your client satisfaction in the process.

• An introduction to Behat and why high-level testing is a tool for improving your team happiness
• How to setup Behat in a few minutes for any Drupal project
• How to avoid the most common pitfalls when starting to implement functional tests on your client tests
• How we pivoted a 20+ people team to be test and value oriented.
