An update on Drupal 8.6
With roughly 2 weeks to go for the first Drupal 8.6 alpha release, this is a great time to take stock at what can we look forward to in Drupal 8.6. It is very likely that you'll find areas you can still help with testing solutions and validating contrib compatibility. We'll try to cover as broad a spectrum of changes as possible.

Gábor is an avid open source enthusiast and contributor for about 20 years. Most active as a Drupal developer, working with and on the open source project itself at Acquia as an initiative coordinator and core product manager. He used to be the Drupal 8 multilingual initiative lead, initiator of localize.drupal.org and release manager of Drupal 6.
